3.3TT Map 3 issues

So this is about my 2nd time running map 3 on my stinger first time was smooth but this time has been odd, my car keeps on popping and overboosting running map3 this has never happened before if id go to do a pull my car would start popping and would kind of lose power at around 3k to 4k rpms
All i have done is intakes a borla exhaust a pedal commander and jb4 sometimes after overboosting it would give me a p0049 code but after reseting the engine light thru jb4 app it would go away
