Mando ECS Stopped Working

I've had my Mando since September 2020. A few weeks ago, I could no longer connect to it via bluetooth. Since I was on a trip, I just pulled the power to it and left it. Yesterday, I plugged it back in, and tried everything, but it will not connect to my iPhone. I've seen a few people here seemed to have the same issue, but I don't know if a solution was found or if my module is just broken.
 
But in all seriousness... you know the answer.
It’s a product made by a company. Contact them for tech support... and worst case, it’s still under warranty.
 
I had mine do something similar and I had to upgrade the software on my phone which then required an update of the App on my phone. Another time I had to check the App and an update seemed to have switched off the auto connect feature. I would start would checking the App settings to see if it haven't done so already.
