Luggage room lamp replacement

Did anyone replace those leds? Mine has just stopped working and try as I might, I could't disassemble it.

Yeah, I've read the manual. Same is for the reverse lamps, yet many of us have them replaced for leds.
 
Reverse lamps are totally different....OEM globe type W16 and easily replaced with LED.
