How are yall doin?

I'm planning on lowering my car! I like to get it pretty low. Sadly Idk what to do. Or buy. I'm looking at springs? Would that be all I need in itself? I also saw coil-overs. Do I need first to buy the coil overs and then the springs or springs alone? Also, what brand of springs should I buy? I don't know squat diddly. So anything will help.

If you want really low, there are a couple options. Both are more expensive than just lowering springs. Coilovers will allow you to adjust your height on the higher end models and also adjust the rebound. The decent ones start around $750 and go up. You could also go air bags. That will sacrifice the ride quality quite a bit unless you go super expensive. Those will start at probably 1500-2500 for airbags. Most people go the route of springs. It closes the gap up between the fender and wheels. Lowering springs and coilovers are different. Coilovers will replace your shock and springs. You will lose the adaptive suspension if you have it. Lowering springs will just swap out the springs with a different spring rate and height. You will keep the adaptive control if you have it. Depends on what you want to sacrifice for the look vs the cost you want to pay.
