Loose Rhino Rack roof rack!

Hey there,

So, I use a rhino rack roof rack and an upright mount to haul my bikes. Today, I opened the passenger door and the clip fell about 1/4 inch off the attachment point (under the window frame). Has anyone else had this issue?
