So the OEM rear tire (19" staggered ones) has a load rating of 96. Winter tires in 225/40/19 has rating of 93. Typically it's not adviseable to use a tire with a lower load rating than OEM. Being that the 255 wide tire is bigger than a 225/40/19 one. How does one know when a smaller tire load rating is equivalent to the OEM bigger one?
