After my engine swap I have a delay building boost. Checked all pipes, Catch can and valve.

I also see that I need a lot of wg DC to get up boost so it seems that some leak.

Can turbo electric wg have problems not closing?

Is it common that BOVs will leak or if the electric valve that gives signal to BOVs is some thing wrong with? Its important that BOVs is closed when you ask for boost.

Any ideas?

Are you getting any codes? Do you have a CAI or stock air boxes?
If you have no codes try taking the air box covers off and take it for a rip and see if you hear the BOV kick in after you take your foot off the accelerator pedal on boost. If you dont I would suspect a WG issue.

No codes.
Right now I did connect BOVs directly to i take för test tomorrow. Dont trust electeic bob valve if it stays open so its take some time untill the close. Will se tomorrow and next week we will test pressure all from turbo inlets. See if there is any leaks. Seems like it though as I have to go for 100% FF and wg duty. But so far no warning for turbo overspeed. Just rach 18 psi now dropping to 12 so no rocket...

Electric wg issue, not anything I would like. Turbos has runned around 2000 km now and also engine.

I replaced my valve/switch with a better unit, holds boost just fine.

Pierburg 7.22908.03.0 or 7.00470.07.0 is what I use but had to make an adaptor to fit the stock plug.
