KW V3 Coilovers settings

Hi
Just installed KW Variant 3 coilovers with separate commpressision/rebound adjustment.
Can anyone share their settings (how many clicks from full hard) for street and track? Or what is the default manufacturer setting?
I need a reasonable starting point to fine tune them
I'd like to have a reasonable comfort for daily driving and a separate setting when I visit a trackday

Whatever your set point is just start in the middle go up or down from there got to drive it to see what's comfortable for you

The settings are going to be dependent on whatever springs you have. One thing to remember is that stiffer springs release energy quicker on re-bound and this is where the adjustable re-bound setting is useful. You can adjust to minimize the “jiggle” over bumps. But it is important to note to not over do the re-bound setting so as to allow the springs to come back to normal ride height as quickly as possible. This prevents the shocks from pulling the suspension down over a series of bumps taken In rapid succession.
