Hey guys,
I already contacted the support staff through mail, but I wanted to let others know that it's something that will happen if you buy a used JB4. You need to email them the code (that I hid from obvious reasons).
Most people on the Burger Tuning forums mention that it gets fixed within the same day.
I just wish there was a mention somewhere that the JB4 goes into map0 while it's not associated to one's account
I'll let you guys know how it goes... let's hope it's resolved quickly as I'm scared of driving the thing without knowing if the JB4 is working in the meantime and which map it is on (since the last owner had a WMI kit)... and I gotta go to work in 15 minutes
