Great performance, features, tech, and ride quality. Excellent interior and exterior build quality and materials however not without some defects:
-rear hatch rattle
-loose and squeaky paddle shifters
-protruding threads from dash stitching
-ext paint blemish (particle under clearcoat)
-driver door not flush when closed

I'm 100% happy. Only 'defects' after 1200 miles are a few software bugs that will be easily fixed once Kia comes up with some updates. I haven't had any actual mechanical issues or failures. Fit and finish on my car is top notch and I'm pretty particular.
The way I look at it is that there are bound to be small issues with the first run of a brand new model of car. That's what warranties are for and the price to pay for being one of the first customers. It really doesn't bother me.
