Kia Stinger GT Rear Bumper Vents

Hello. Does anyone know how to remove the rear bumper vents? Are you able to remove it with just a plastic tool or is it screwed in as well?

There are two screws that are a giant pain in the ass to access to remove first. Then it pulls out like the video.
