Considering the demise of automobile brands in Australia, Kia is in talks with police departments gauging interest in replacing vehicles like the VG Commodore and Ford Falcon with Stinger GTs. Saw an i45 (is that sonata to you guys?) cop car this morning. Stinger will no doubt be a common police car in the near future. GT will be their highway patrol car for sure.

yes. the hyundai i45 is our sonata here in america. man, i couldn't picture a sonata police car here in the u.s. i wonder if it will be a good thing for the stinger to be a police car. here in america it's generally not the exciting cars that are used for police and livery or taxi cabs. i wonder if it would help or hurt the reputation of the car.
