I've had my Kia Stinger AWD Premium 2019 for about 3 weeks. I'm having a hard time seeing at night with the low beams. They are pointing too low to the ground. I can only see about 15ft in front of the car. Sometimes they are ok but they seem to move up and down. When they are down it's very dangerous to drive. Can I have them adjusted at the dealership ?

I’d be surprised if they’re actually moving up and down themselves. Perhaps your car itself might be travelling slightly uphill or downhill when you notice the difference. Nevertheless, many forum members including myself consider the headlights are aimed too low. Fortunately it’s an easy fix. More info here How To Adjust Headlight Beam Height

I have a KIA Stinger GT2 and reported the defect to KIA of Everett, WA. They didnt responds afer several inquiries and had to go to the dealership and force the issue with the Service Manager. Look at the photos. Its just weird that the beams are so low and distorted. The service manager claims that the two darks spots are by design to prevent shining to oncoming cars. My Honda Ridge line has a bright perfect line. I asked if KIA has a fix? He said no. Everything’s good but the crappy defective head lights.
