Hi, installed the jb4 4 months ago all was great, however I recently did a cat delete then installed a mini cat on the down stream o2 to hopefully not get a p0420 , on the other hand i got a p2096 indicating lean however the mixture is lean and actually rich i took off the mini cat and replaced with an o2 bung extension, but the main problem is that from a standstill to full acceleration the throttle body seems to be closing by it self boost safety is set to 30psi ,

This started happening after the cat delete never before i cant seem to find out why its doing that, any suggestions

Looks to me like your fuel trims are going too high. Before the cat delete, they are running in the low 40's. In the after delete, I see the trims trending to 47 just before it cuts off.
Might be asking too much of the fuel system, email Terry at Burger Motor Sports (terry@burgertuning.com), he can help you.
