I like the article, not the car so much. The front is not a "a more aggressive interpretation of Kia's grille." It's entirely different. But it sure beats anything Tesla has come up with yet. This front end looks like it's all there, without trying to put stuff where a grille used to be. Hah.
300 miles and charging in under 20 minutes! Impressive. Now, we just need the charging stations that will handle that, conveniently dotted all over the continent. At that point, even I will say that the dinosaurs are, truly, dead.
And clearly this concept is not going to make it as production. Those clam shell seats will be the first thing to go. The all glass roof second. Those hideous, impractical (impossible to keep clean) taillight caverns third. The ribs along the side fourth.
To really be a looker, it needs a considerably longer wheelbase. It looks stubby in this concept.
