hi guys,
I've been living a nightmare with the kia dealership if I can get some advices it would be great, I'll make it short.
I bought my gt1 3 months ago in like new condition and there is one thing I didn't know and that is the car was missing the front splash shield.
I took it for service at the kia dealership they changed the oil and looked around quick gave me back the car and told me about the shield and front liner damaged. the problem is that first they didn't wanna replace it under warranty and second apparently they don't know that both shields, liners and front bumper are all attached to each other by clips, if one part is missing all the rest will come down at some point and that's what's happening.
on top of that a week after taking it to service I get into my car and it wouldn't start, got it towed to dealership and again hey tell me the ECU and harness need replacement and didn't wanna do it under warranty, they kept the car for 2 weeks sitting under a bird tree with the hood open engine apart.
I went to look at my car 3 times and it was covered with pigeon shit and leaves it was gross, I made several complaints about it and nothing changed. the day of picking up the car they barely washed it I couldn't believe it plus dents literally all over the car with scratches and chrome parts fading on top of that they stole my D&G sunglasses worth 500$.
the next day I look around and verify the ECU to find out that the guy who put the new one forgot 2 screws so now the ECU is shaking a bit.
I've been in contact with kia America customer service but all they do is say I'm sorry we gonna follow up but I'm still waiting nobody has called me.
at this point I don't even want my car no more I want them to take responsibility and trade it with another one on their lot.
does anyone know how I can escalate this issue to people above customer service? any info would be appreciated.

(it's better for them to take responsibility or they gonna see the worse reviews all over the web hitting them from all over constantly non stop for a whole f*cking year)

thank you guys

Freak, that is a nightmare story! Almost unbelievably bad. Might actually be the worst I've read on the forum, seriously! And in three short months too. And on top of crashing your previous ride!? Are sure you're not Joe Bflspk instead of "Sammy"???

Okay, enough of THAT!

I think that the treatment of your Stinger warrants Kia Corp, intervening big time. But you have to be politically correct about this all the way, or you'll lose them. Get them on your side. Don't demand it, be like the "importunate widow" and "weary them with your teasings". Be firm, unrelenting, but NICE. (If it isn't too late for that: if you've already set fire to your bridges, none of this well meant advice is going to fly; if you're already dead in the water with Kia, you'll have two choices only: stop giving your Stinger to them, and handle all previous - up to now - complaints on your own; or, get rid of it and go with something not a Kia.)

The under panels are essential, you're right about that. If the dealership lost/forgot yours, that is the starting point. The botched "service" list should be documented by you to Kia Corp. Dates, even names; get them down and show them. Demand satisfaction with the State too: lemon law, thirty days out of commission and you can claim it (everywhere as far as I know). Once you're rid of the problem (can take months to years, unfortunately, so sorry, so sad for you! :(), start over. If Kia trades cars, you're, of course, good to go. And never return to that dealership: and spread the word online. They deserve every criticism from you for their terrible behavior.

thanks for the reply I didn't set fire with them yet but I'm about to, I called customer service multiple time but all they do is taking notes and saying we are so sorry.
right now I just found out that the rear shield is also hanging, it's too bad that I love the car.
I saw a used red gt2 they have in their parking lot so I'm gonna try to have them trade it.
I'm trying to take this issue a step above but I can't find a phone number to call that is not just customer service, I'll keep you posted.

Wow.....I'm frustrated for you! It should not be this difficult for a customer who's dropping 40k+ or any amount for that matter to get some answers .....man, keep us posted as I'd love to see this resolved properly
