Just thought I would give a shout out to K8. I ordered front and rear sways from them and only the rear arrived at first. Of course I thought, here we go, they are going to think I'm just saying that I didn't get them both. Sent them a pic of the Eibach box, which fortunately said "rear sway only" and said what gives? They responded within a couple hours and said not to worry, they ship in individual boxes, and provided another tracking number for the front sway. Two days later it arrived. They mentioned their system only allows one tracking number when they send the shipping notification.
Happy with how quickly they responded. I've ordered other things from them as well and it's always gone well. I would recommend them to anyone.
