I recently purchased a K&N Typhoon filter for my car. It sounds great with the intake noise, but I can't figure out why there's this pervasive whine that keeps interrupting everything. You can hear it in the background of the attached video. I've tightened gaskets, secured the hoses, everything. Is this normal?
