As shown in the photos here, a piece of the intake tubing on my (BRAND NEW) K&N Typhoon intakes got lodged in my turbo fans, bending the hell out of them. And no, it's not an error I made, just a QC thing from K&N's side. Now I'm struggling to find a solution to my problem and have basically no chance of getting anything from K&N. What should I do? I certainly need new turbos, but I'm afraid of getting screwed over by the dealer or taking a gamble and losing them again. WTF, K&N???

That does suck, and sorry to hear about this. But you can try and see if they can cover it. As long as you installed it right, they should be liable for their products. It will be an uphill battle, but it's worth a try

Unless you can prove that instalation was done by professional shop, and damage was caused by defective product, i doubt you can have k&n paying for the repairs. Going to dealer for repairs will be sky high expensive, because the will have to pull the engine out for turbo replacement. Try to find local performance shop with good reputation for this job. But still, will be a lot. Which side is it? I think, passenger side turbo, might be doable without dropping the engine.
