Jun BL Racing vs GT

Sorry if this has been discussed, I’ve spent last 40 minutes looking and can’t find it (maybe I’m using the wrong search terms?). What’s the difference between the Jun BL Racing and GT lines? They claim a 40hp increase with GT and 30 with Racing, which, yeah, grain of salt and all that, but the prices are the same, so there has to be a difference somewhere? Appreciate any insight, thank you!
