JB4 user adjustment settins

What should I have my jb4 user adjustment settings as? I mostly run 93 octane on map 2. But I sometimes run e30 on map 3. Maybe once every other month. What are the best settings? Boost for each rpm? Duty cycle? Fuel bias? And the other optional settings? And what is the best firmware to use? I saw that there are 3 different types?
