JB4 misfire only on full throttle

I've had a jb4 tune for about a year. Swapped stock plugs for densos when I had it installed.
Car just started misfiring only when full throttle. She idles and runs fine the only time I experience it is when I step on it. I'm wondering if it's time for a new set of plugs? Has anyone had to replace plugs on their tuned stinger yet?
I have about 16k on them.

I wasnt logging at the time, I put jb4 on map 0 and it still did it. Not sure I want to duplicate it for the sake of logging as it doesnt sound good for the car. Should also mention no codes on jb4 and no check engine light.
