JB4 - Dashboard lighting issue

I just installed the JB4 on my 2019 GT/RWD and when I start the car the dash board lights are very dim. Sometimes they brighten after a few minutes and sometimes not. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you fix it?

Hi Devin,

I'm guessing that the setting to lower the light level in the dark was never set on my car but when I hooked up the JB4 that setting was changed? I was able to figure out how to turn it off for the touch screen but it didn't change the setting of the dash lights. So, I'm just trying to figure out how to not have my dash lights dim in the dark. If someone knows that, let me know? If not, I'll ask the dealership next time I go in for an oil change.

Hi! What did you do to resolve this? I know it’s been a while but I’m running into the same issue. I just installed the JB4 and it started after a few days. Thanks!
