Anybody else get this error and solve it? I was able to connect just fine when I left the house but when I got back in the car I get a connection/network error and it hasn’t connected since. First error in almost a year with the jb4. Do I just need a new connect kit?

After we got a lot of rain and snow in my area, my jb4 connect failed, the app would say "no devices found". Checked all the connections and figured the connect kit got wet. I had to order a new one, which worked fine. Now I make sure it is better protected. I was told that it is water resistant, but not water proof.
