JB4 connect Kia Stinger not connecting to phone (Android)

I triple checked all connections for the piggyback tuner. It still will not connect through the app.

I have attached 2 screenshots of it showing the JB4 is accessible. One through a normal Bluetooth screen. The other mentions a device is found, but isn't the same as before then loops that screen.

Let me know if you have any suggestions.
