Assuming you install everything correctly, yes.
The JB4 is a piggyback. It doesn't actually reprogram anything or change values or parameters in any computer of the car,it just intercepts the incoming signals and modifies them to make the car act a certain way. So launch control and all that will still work. Now, launch control will be considerably more..dramatic, especially on a RWD car, but it will work as designed.
