Jb4 Bluetooth connection issue

Just recently purchased a used jb4 from within this group and am now currently having difficulty getting the unit to connect with my phone. Downloaded the app and every time I open it to connect it gives me the error 36 code. I feel like there’s gotta be a simple fix that I’m not figuring out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The previous owner set a PIN code. If you can't contact him for the code he used, then do what the error says, and contact the jb4 connect kit team. They are usually pretty responsive.
