jb4 and stock plugs?

my JB4 and densos come in today and im taking the stinger in to get the plugs put in hopefully tuesday if i can get it in... but im gonna install the jb4 when i get home from work! Would I be able to run say, map 1 on stock plugs?

Possibly. You won't know until you log. Just keep in mind the stock plugs can be problematic at stock tune levels.
