J.D. Power survey

So I got an email today from J.D. Power asking me to complete their survey for my Stinger. This is my second time doing one of these in the last 10 years, anyone else here do these things? I've gotta say that it broke my heart a little checking the box for sunroof noise/rattle...like I was committing a betrayal of some sort. Anyway, maybe KIA will hear enough about this issue and fix it...that's what I'm telling myself, my criticism is for the greater good.

I got one, too. I usually pocket the dollar bill and toss them, but this time I might complete it.

My Hyundai Genesis sedan had the same rattling/creaking/clunking thing going on. I suspect it is a design issue that Hyundai/Kia are inadvertently sharing. Some guy on the Genesis forum figured out a fix for one the the noises.

So. If you like the car/company, they need to know about the issues so they can fix them.
