We have a little commentary on it here: JD Power Reliability commentary , well done Kia !

I'm not too surprised at Buick being #1 on the list for the non-premium market. Their vehicles are usually pretty reliable. I'm a little surprised to see Chevy at #3 right behind Kia...
 
You have to remember that the Stinger is not included in this category or in any "dependability" comparisons because it hasn't been out long enough and it doesn't fit the "non-premium" market segment, while Buick may well be better placed in a different category for the cars they sell most. It will be interesting to see how the Stinger holds up with all the modding that Buick never gets.

I'm confident that modders are going to make up a negligible percentage of Stinger owners...
