J. D. Power buyers experience study puts Kia near the bottom

Genesis is a tad worse, with Chrysler between them.

I would like to see the dealership service experience rated the same way. Last time I saw this, Kia was scored right about where this buyer experience score is, 756 points: so, I would expect that in c. three years, Kia has not succeeded in upping their game.

Still, from top to bottom, this works out as four out of five Porsche dealers are rated satisfactory; and three out of four Kia dealers are rated satisfactory: that is not a large separation.
