Is there any way to automatically set a speed limit during ignition process?

Hi everyone! I use the speed limit function during basically my every ride because of enormous count of speed cameras in Moscow. I do not like the algorithm which forces me to set the 80 km/h (60 km/h is a city limit + 20 km/h is an unpunishable speed excess) limit manually every time I ride the car. Maybe there is some method which allows to maintain previously set speed limit after turning off the ignition?
