Is the AWD's 'Dynamic Torque Vectoring Control' Tied to Traction/Stability Control?

Kia advertises the US spec AWD models as having 'Dynamic Torque Vectoring Control.'

In their words: "Dynamic Torque Vectoring Control continually monitors driver input and road conditions. It automatically applies power and braking force to the appropriate wheels to maintain course in adverse conditions."

If I completely turn off traction and stability control (i.e. hold the button for 5 seconds), will that also turn off the Dynamic Torque Vectoring Control?

Thanks!

I looked at the 2022 manual and it doesn't say on any part that the AWD is dependant on ESC or TC. This makes sense because the AWD function is based on how much energy is delivered from the transfer case to the front wheels. With that said, don't base any of your actions on this post. These vehicles are complicated and I can't verify anything beyond what I read.
