@Chris and I were having a short conversation about something he lightly referred to as a "Ghost Lease" - which is more or less a lease that's not really there. It's not a definitive term or anything.
But this IS something I've seen a LOT over the years. They advertise a great deal online or in the newspaper - but it's for one specific car that's probably not going to be on the lot anyway.
The objective is to get you in the showroom so their trained sales team can work on you. Read the fine print very closely and take note if the car is of a specific package and/or color - then search the inventory to see if it's even there. Chances are, it's not. So if you see an amazing deal that's bringing the Audi S5 Sportback or BMW 440i Gran Sport SO CLOSE to the Stinger's lease deal - be careful...
