Looking at installing 3” evc’s on the exhaust primary’s pre-cats (which have already been bashed out) with a dump to the road, can I please get some input as to if I should wire them to the cabin fuse box or to the battery in the boot. Cheers. Also any input would be appreciated!

Welcome. This topic has been moved into the Stinger exhaust forum.

Those are the secondary pipes and secondary cats, so this will be between the primary and secondary. Which is fine and almost certainly what you actually want. Note that the tubes aren't actually round, so you're in for some fun while welding.
Wire it up however is convenient.

They don’t pull much power so pulling from the fuse box isn’t an issue. You can wire them to a pressure sensitive switch and have them automatically open at “10psi”

Hobs switch
