Injen intake too close to coolant tank?

Bought my 2020 Kia stinger gt1 recently and noticed coolant was very low added some and within two weeks it is below the low line again but doesn’t seem to be getting any lower. Also don’t see any leaks anywhere so not sure where the coolant is going. But today I also noticed what seems to be a burn mark on the cold air intake and the coolant tank. Is this something anyone else has dealt with and what do you guys suggest or think?
