Texas Stinger Swarm
I first submitted a request through ImportSharks website on the 11th July inquiring on the availability and price on the Jun BL EVC Exhaust. Tom responded within the hour confirming the price on their webpage was correct and that it would take approx 5 working days after receipt of order before the Exhaust would ship from South Korea. During the same day I had 3 or 4 additional follow up questions, all which were replied to politely answering my questions /concerns. The following day (7/12) I placed an order on ImportSharks website for the exhaust.
A couple of days after the order, I received an email from ImportShark informing me that Jun BL had informed ImportShark that they had a slight problem with part availability and this would put the departure of the exhaust to sometime around 7/20 - 7/22.
I followed up with an email on 7/20 asking how the order was progressing and within a few hours I received a reply informing me that order was almost ready and would be ready for shipment on 7/22.
On the morning of 7/23 I received an email from ImportShark informing me that my order had shipped along with a USPS tracking number.
On 7/25 I emailed ImportShark as it looked like my shipment was still stuck in South Korea (USPS latest tracking information). Again within 2 hours I received a reply back confirming that my shipment had arrived in the US and was supplied an alternative tracking website which actually had more details than USPS. After checking, I could see the shipment had arrived in Chicago on the morning of 7/25.
On 7/28 my exhaust arrived in Houston, Texas. Package inspected, Exhaust looks great. Can’t wait to get it installed.
Overall, I could not be happier with the order process from start to finish with ImportShark. Thanks guys!!
