I'm coilovers infinity black series

Im running the IMR infinity black series coilovers for the Kia stinger gt1 and hot a pothole now my shock absorber is busted do any one knows if or where I can replace it with of course when I email IMR he didn't respond with any type of suggestions or help please help I'm not trying to buy a new coilovers set

Usually if coilovers are rebuildable it says on the website and those arent labeled as being rebuildable. I doubt they offer individual replacements if you can even get a hold of IMR. You're likely stuck buying new ones...
