Hey guys, so the lip I have is one of those $100 eBay lips. It looked good but after just a few days it started drooping in the middle where it attaches to that soft rubbery foam and the screws pulled out.

I found a stinger on YouTube with a lip that had no middle part. I couldn’t find this lip anywhere. Apparently he said it was the lip used on the Sema Stinger a few years back. Here’s what that lip looks like:

So I had a stroke of genius and decided to cut my lip and try to recreate this lip style.

It’s not great, but also not horrible lol. Here’s how it turned out.

Here’s what I cut off to make it work. Basically just didn’t use the middle section and cut the corners off the left and right part of the lip to follow the lips line.

Anyone have some ideas on how I might smooth out the edge ? Should I grind down the rounded part and sand it?

This lip was already not being used so I thought I’d have some fun. Cheers!

I think it looks good, especially seeing as you've got the canards on there too.

I don't have advice on how to finish the edges sorry, the rough edge is noticeable, but once you get that sorted I reckon it will look great.
