I would expect nothing less from hyundia/kia. They really have lifted their game over the last decade or so. They have just consistently taken away market share from other manufactures that today are just asleep at the wheel.

Probably not. This means there is one and a third problems, per car, which is not bad, assuming all are minor. I have owned my Stinger GT2 for about six months and the only problem I have had is the trunk latch not remaining closed. Kia installed a new latch and the problem was fixed.
