HVAC High Pressure Cap Loose

Just inspecting the engine bay this morning and noticed the high pressure cap had come loose and could be turned by hand. Anyone had a similar issue and should I get the dealership to replace it and check the refrigerant level?

I tightened it back, of course.

I think it’s just a dust cover for a schrader valve underneath.

yep.. just a cover.. it's not the sealing cap.. just keeps dirt out of the actual valve.
