How to upgrade your display from 7" 2017 to 8" 2018/19?

Hi all, I am going to change my mulitimedia screen from 7" to 8"(flat ,without pianoblack frame). My questions are as follows. What do I need to replace besides the screen itself? Does anyone have the part numbers? I can't find the plastic around the display do I need to replace it?Thank you in advance for your answers.

Do a search. People have done it. You will need to replace lot more than just a screen, if you want it to operate correctly.

Center 7" LCD touchscreen to 8" LCD?

So has anyone with a base GT thought about swapping their 7" touchscreen for the 8"? There's quite a few floating around online from scrapped/wrecked Stingers and while I can't confirm the plugs are a direct swap for fitment, it appears that way...
