How to remove the rear bumper's reflectors?

I am trying to remove the rear bumper's reflectors (bought some led boards to install in them). Do I need to remove the bottom part of the bumper (where the exhaust pipes come through) or can I just "pop" them out? I am trying to install a led board (will take place inside the reflectors)

I did the opposite and covered mine with gloss black vinyl . I think vendor @ImportSharkMike sells a light kit for the rear reflectors , try asking him for a vid or instructions .

As far as I’m aware you have to take off the bumper.
