How to post JB4 logs onto this forum

Hello, I've been looking on the forum to see if there are specific directions on how to attach a log on here for members to critique. I apologize if its been described how but I could not find it. I have only been able to email them to Terry which I'm sure is getting tired of having me send him them.

Also, with enough boostane is it possible to run map 4 with a high enough octane? Thanks appreciate the help
