How to get behind the front grill to install the Turbo badge

Can anyone advise how to get in behind the tiger nose grill to fit the Turbo badge.

I can remove the above black plastic cover panels clips, plugs and side covers but cant work out what else is required to lift this large cover off that sits above the radiator.

I need to get my hand behind the tiger nose grill to fix the badge backing plate:

I need to get my hand behind the tiger nose grill to fix the badge backing plate:

From underneath or the full bumper off. No access through the top, my top had a mark & dealer was happy to replace it but advised me the the whole front assembly would need to be removed to replace it, as the car was brand new I was not prepared to go there so I live with the mark you can barely see it now.
This was taken day after I picked it up.

It takes 1 person like 10 minutes to take the entire front fascia / number cover off.

Very simple.
