How often should the MAP sensor be cleaned?

I usually like cleaning the MAF sensors in vehicles often as I know it affects mileage when dirty, and they get dirty easily. What about the MAP sensors in both engines? How often do you clean them? If needed at all.

In Australia we have capped price servicing up to 7 years and there is no mention of MAF or MAP inspection so by default I imagine it's not an issue unless a fault code shows up.
