How much boost should I be getting with Intakes and Borla exhaust

Hey Guys, so im still pretty new to the car scene.
Although I have been seeing a lot of posts about boost being around 12-14, but I am currently seeing (through the boost gauge from the car) that I am getting or at least it looks like im getting around 17-18 when im starting to pull in sports mode. I havent tried to push the car past 4k rpm, so im kinda wondering if thats normal or if maybe its just the lower end being so high.

K&N intakes, Borla Exhaust, and Wind booster is all I am running so far.

I wouldn't trust the dash gauge as accurate. If you install a jb4, it logs the boost.
I run WMI on map 7, the PSI reported to the ECU is up to 15, while the actual boost is up to 22.
