HK m45il spark plugs gapping advise

Hey team

I purchased a jb4 finally and need advise on what to gap these plugs at. I’ve read a ton of different opinions on it.

Here is what I’m running - 2020 GT with K&n typhoon intakes , borla cat back exhaust . I don’t plan to go any higher that a map 3 for now .
