So I hit a big pothole at 120kmh speed on highway. There was just no way to avoid it. Roads here in north Alberta winter are just minefields. My passenger side tire formed side bubble and rim bent a little. One tire replaced and keeping the rim for now since it’s holding air and balances.

But what else should be inspected? Car alignment does not feel like it’s pulling in one direction. No steering vibration but I still want to do a thorough inspection of other suspension parts. Is there anything specific I should be looking out for ? Thanks

Visible rim damage could also be out of true, which you probably won't notice unless you push extra legal speeds. Get the car in the air, idling with the wheels rotating slowly and check for the outside of the rim if it moves in and out at all. A wheel shop can straighten it if the expense of a new wheel makes it worth the cost. I doubt that, from your description, there would be any suspension damage. That would only happen if the wheel was destroyed. But you might need an alignment. If it were me, I would get one just to be sure.
