Help please..retainers for mudflaps

Does anyone know what size or where to find the Kia Stinger plastic retainers(non phillips). I messed up two of them by accidentally pushing them in too far, so now I can’t use them, and the order doesn’t send extra. A size or where I can buy them would be so much appreciated. I already called kia parts...no luck. Attached is a picture.
